RSM Tax Associate interview questions

Initial interview over the phone discussing experience and the position at the company. Then multiple interviews with Managers and Partners at the location in which you are being considered. I ended up having a total of 5 interviews, including the intake. They do want more in-person employees and less hybrid/remote.

The process was pretty transparent and open. Overall, it was a low pressure interview. The general feeling of the experience is that the interviewer was truly looking to figure out if you are a good match for the company.
