RSM Technology Risk Associate interview questions

I had a networking event, and met some current associates in the team. Through them I was contacted by a recruiter that they received my resume and wanted to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. It was fully behavioral. She asked about my past experience, and my strengths. However, when I mentioned I am an F1 student she told me that unfortunately RSM does not offer sponsorship.
