I applied online. I interviewed at Randstad (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2017
Interview
Very casual experience, the office structure was somewhat bizarre. The interview was simple but I feel like they're just collecting applicants and that they say the same thing to every candidate that walks in (you're so great, you deserve top salary etc. etc.) even if they aren't a quality candidate. I think they're more interested in collecting applicants than actually placing you in a role. They ask you what type of position you want but then call you for positions that you didn't ask for.
