I had two interviews while the other people only have one and there were 10 of us. I think it was due to a misunderstanding of who should be conducting the interviews. Took about an hour for both.

First stage was a telephone interview with the talent acquisition team, then I had an informal coffee with the hiring manager to go over the role in more detail, followed by a presentation to a panel of Directors covering my skills and experience and what I would do in the first 3 months if i was successful.
