I applied through other source. I interviewed at Randstad
Interview
Overall it was good and a pretty smooth and easy process. Everyone is friendly in the hiring process. I liked how it went and had no complains. There is 3 interview all together that you have to ace.
Basic screening questions but no response from the company on follow-up process. And when you call back an offshore new person voice-mail responds. Seems fishy with this company. They will offer you package way below the market rate to see if you are aware of the rates & suddenly later their budget would increase.

Interview
Only 2 rounds of interviews. The process was super simple and the interview was more of a conversation about my background and how I currently work with managing accounts and how well I perform under pressure on calls.
