I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad (Bruxelas) in Jan 2018
Interview
The person who interviewed instantly put me at ease. Also, feel free to ask direct questions about the day to day job and the salary. It shows your interest and that you are NOT scared to ask tough questions.
The interview process involved two discussions: one with the Team Lead to talk about my skills and experience, and another with the Manager to discuss my career goals and how I could contribute to the team.
