Lengthy interview process. There were multiple interviews where you met multiple people in different teams and leadership positions. Company worked hard to find the right role and team for you. First interview included a couple tests (personality and aptitude based). Reviewed results in following interview and was asked to address concerns of results.

The process was short and quick. Had two interviews in the office then I spoke with the corporate recruiter from then on out. All people I interviewed with were respectable and easy going. Very easy going interview process, just explained resume and went over some characteristics of a successful employee at randstad.
