I applied online. I interviewed at Randstad (Frisco, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
Very seamless, reviewed my resume and what I am looking for in my next career. Expressed that I was/ am looking for a career change. Very disappointed in Randstad because the hiring manager never contacted me after the interview. He even had me shadow a Recruiter. I will never apply to Randstad again.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Randstad (Sacramento, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Two people interviewed me at a time. The process was intensive, but you were able to meet more people from the team that way. They asked questions from your resume and described your potential job responsibilities as detailed as possible. They spoke about their personal successes and reminded me that this was a two way interview. Very helpful, very clear, very genuine.

The starting salary was 40k. Not high as compared to other companies in he Bay Area. The commission is very low. It's 8-16% but it's rare to get over 8%. You also have to share with the account managers.
They want people who ask a lot of questions, money driven, strong work ethic. Very sales oriented job.
