Interview
In the first round, there was about a one-hour HR interview.
At first, I found it hard to believe that an HR round could last that long, but as the interview went on, I realized the interviewer was carefully taking notes throughout the conversation, especially as they listened to various episodes and responses.
It gave me the impression that they were thoroughly assessing whether the candidate would be a good cultural fit for the company.

They asked about a time in the past, either during university or through extracurricular activities.
What’s important here is that even if the episode is from the past, you need to be able to explain it in detail.
