Interview
They were very polite and respectful. The test was not difficult, and did not take too much. If you practice some grammar you will have a good grade. It is fun.

Question 1
What kind of things do you think make a good teacher.
There are some specific questions the coordinator chooses from a list to ask you, between 3 and 4 questions. Then, you do a written test in which you explain how your instructions would be to clarify specific doubts. The test ends with an essay in which you detail your opinion about a theme which, in my case, was "What makes a teacher great?".

Interview
O processo começou com convite para fazer teste de inglês na unidade, seguido de uma entrevista online, e teria uma terceira parte que primeiramente foi apresentada como treinamento mas seriam 4 dias de processo seletivo presencial em uma unidade que não era a da vaga anunciada.
Em um primeiro momento a vaga era para uma unidade e depois foi dito que poderia ser para qualquer uma.
