I did the video interview which was not as stressful as I thought it would be. Although it was kind of awkward for me because I was just talking to a computer. The questions are all opinionated or about yourself in general so it shouldn't be too difficult for anyone that has this interview. You have 30 seconds to prep for each questions with a 3:00 minutes to answer the question.

Very intensive with several rounds of tasks and interviews, personality test about 100 questions then interviews with your direct manager and regional manager. Not necessarily difficult, just a long process.

Interview
The interview process included two separate interviews with two different people. The interviews were mostly comprised of questions that would get to know how social and friendly you are as well as how you approach stressful situations. Being good at networking is key for this role and hiring managers make sure they are getting the right fit. A good first impression is also important. You will be out representing the brand everywhere you go. I got hired and it was probably the best job I've ever had to this day!
