Very quick hiring process Phone screen, followed by two interviews on the same day. First one with HR and second with design manager. Casual setting, questions about my background and work experience, as well as some about retail knowledge. After that was given an assignment to complete over the weekend, to design a small collection from research to sketches. Results came back a week after.
