I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Riot Games (New York, NY)
Interview
Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter at Riot. Followed up by culture interview where it felt like if you weren't a gamer you weren't good enough. The basically asked if I wasn't playing games now if I would be willing to play games at work. I then had a technical google hangout with two engineers. They asked if I could recite some of the company philosophies, but I didn't bother memorizing them. I was give two technical questions, one easy and one medium difficulty. The interviewees were nice and helped me along to the solution, but I needed too much help to get there. I didn't not get to the onsite round, but they were kind enough to let me know soon after the interview.
