Had a one-hour phone interview with a research lead at Riot. He asked questions about my research experience, my motivations for wanting to work at Riot. As well, he gave me hypothetical situations and asked how I would respond to the situation. The interview was fair, but challenging. Even though I didn’t get the job they offered feedback on my interview and told me what areas I did strongly on and what areas I did poorly on.
