Interview
First contact was a telephone screening with some questions in Portuguese and in English. Next step would be a Quiz and it turned out to be a code challenge. These coding challenges are so generic and focused on math trivia that they don't show nothing about programming. Rather academic style questions in pressure style. A joke. Lost time ... They are looking for Juniors otherwise just forget.
3 rounds, technical is quite easy, initial interview via phone call talk about yourself. And finally, when you finished the technical part, you will talk with HR to discuss about your vision.
