Firstly there was a personal interview, a standard job interview where they get an overview if you fit the position and the company's culture. Next round was the so called Assessment Center: it is a challenging, but simple as well, half day where they almost decide who they take. Typically: a home-prepared presentation, a time-managing exercise and its presentation, and a role-play exercise. After all they interviewed again the candidates they liked and the others go home. Next rounds can be interviews with team leaders or managers of the location you will work. The work culture is great, the most notable characteristics are: flexible work-time, paid trainings during work-time and totally stable job.
