Interview
Firstly there was a personal interview, a standard job interview where they get an overview if you fit the position and the company's culture.
Next round was the so called Assessment Center: it is a challenging, but simple as well, half day where they almost decide who they take. Typically: a home-prepared presentation, a time-managing exercise and its presentation, and a role-play exercise. After all they interviewed again the candidates they liked and the others go home.
Next rounds can be interviews with team leaders or managers of the location you will work.
The work culture is great, the most notable characteristics are: flexible work-time, paid trainings during work-time and totally stable job.

5 rounds of interview, including:
1- Phone interview with HR
2- Assessment Center
3- Interview with head of department
4- interview with CEO
5- Final interview with regional HR manager
you have to pass one round to proceed to the next round. You will get the result of each round few days after the interview. The whole process was quite fast and efficient.

Most questions are general behavioral questions. There are some technical questions, but overall they'are more interested in the soft skills and characteristics of the candiates.
