Robert Bosch Project Manager interview questions

3 rounds. First round: CV reading, second round with HR and third part with manager. everything was going smoothly, and then 2 months with no specific answer. After full 5 months, on my demand, i was given a quick email that there isnt going to be a final round with managers from Germany, because the place is already taken by someone inside of the company. Very disappointing for a company like Bosch.
