I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Bosch (Bengaluru) in May 2016
Interview
I went around 10 but i was called only by 2. It was a written test round where we were placed in a conf room and asked to solve some basic java puzzles. they were quite easy however i was not selected even though the logic was correct. The reason they gave for not selecting was quite dissatisfying. I will not recommend if you are looking for jobs in java/j2ee since they call atleast 100 candidates and at the end of the day , i felt, just to finish the process they resort to ways like this to pick people.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Bosch (Bengaluru) in Apr 2016
Interview
I got a scheduled interview call. Attended 3 rounds. First was technical f2f. Next round was with the Project Manager, which was again a technical round. Third round was non technical where question related to current project was asked. In the third round they asked to leave for the day. Thereafter no call, no offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Bosch (Bengaluru) in Feb 2016
Interview
The worst interviewer ever. He was ignorant of stuff related to programming and technologies. The company must ask seniors to conduct the interviews, and even if they go on with junior to mid-senior engineers, it should be based on their credibility.Worst experience ever , and thank god for me not making through the interview else would have been ended up working with below average people with bad technical skills and ignorance.
