Please explain about your personal knowledge for automated driving
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Bosch (Pune) in Sep 2022
Interview
4 round of interview. Systematic, 2 technical, one Managerial and then HR. Once all round is clear it take one week to get the offer. Notice is of 90 days BGWS.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Robert Bosch (Eindhoven) in Feb 2020
Interview
Applied in March for the position based in Eindhoven, first contact and interview with HR in March. No news until september. I have been asked if I am still interested to proceed and I said yes. Second interview with HR director. Last interview with hiring manager in september. At each I hearddifferent explanations about job description. At the advertisement it was not mentioned that the position will be responsible for management of project management team. It was mentioned in the first interview. In the sevond interview it was mentioned it will be responsible for global pmo. In the third interview it was mentioned that the position is not for PMO management, it is more annindependent position to manage change. Result was negative as I have been told that they need experience on managing organizational change.
