Die Firma übernimmt das Image des Konzerns. Aufgrund vieler Ungereimtheiten möchte ich sagen, dass das Image des Konzern für diesen Geschäftsbereich zu hoch gestochen ist.
Work-Life-Balance
Laut Arbeitsvertrag wird geworben, 40h Regelarbeit, aber Bonussystem. Für einige Mitarbeitet bedeutet das nach 4h Feierabend (guter Servicebezirk etc), für andere allerdings dauert der Arbeitstag gerne mal 10h (schlechte Inbetriebnahme etc).

Question 1
Die Ausbildung in den theoretischen Teilen war sehr gut strukturiert. Man wurde mit Seminaren überhäuft. Das war ein Geschenk für die weitere Karriere, allerdings sieht es bei Bosch STMS mager aus.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Nach dem Gehalt kann man die Uhr stellen. Hier gab es nie Probleme. Sozialleistungen (VWL, 13. Gehalt etc.) stehen eher hinten an.
