Robert Bosch Test Engineer interview questions

Minimum two round interview, technical and one with HR. Good environment, helpful interviewers. One HR personnel, and the leaders of the groups who need workforce. On the next round only the leaders who are still interested on the applicant will be there based on the previous interview.

I applied in November in the online portal. After weeks of communication and phone interview, I was invited for a face to face interview in January in Stuttgart. I must say that this was the worst interview experience of my life. It was with a HR and the same technical manager who took the phone interview. The HR was clearly not happy with me as I couldn't speaking German. My less qualification with non-European status may also be the reasons. He asked most of the questions during this one hour interview and I felt like it was just a formality. He gave me barely time to complete full sentence and jumped to next one. It was really annoying. He even asked me one point that why I am not speaking German. I realized that I am not in the top of his list but was hopeful as the manager seemed happy with my answers. Eventually I didn't get the offer but I was sad because of the attitude I faced.
