Had a call with the recruiter to assess my suitability for the role. Process took around two weeks to arrange and speak with the recruiter. One week after speaking with them, I received an email that I will not be proceeding to the next interview.

Interview
Applied online then moved to first telephone interview with the hiring manager. He didn't seem to have much enthusiasm. Asked about whether I liked games, rockstar games, how long I lived in the area and more questions into my experience and why I wanted to work for rockstar games. One week later I was emailed that I wasn't successful, with no explanation why. Would have been nice to have been told.
