easy friendly and approachable on going letting you play the game for some time to see your process and they will ask questions in b/w the time every one is informal about asking questions

Interview
I applied 3 times through out some 6-9 month range as vacancies arise in different locations and I truly believed that my skillset and knowledge would be beneficial to the company. First time I had an interview but later I was decline for basically no reason. Just a regular decline. Next two times I received two decline letter filled with straight lie in it and without interview. One of them has mentioned that I don't have gameplay work examples which is a lie as I had before and made one recently. Another one I got without interview as some one thought I'm not worthy for them or something stating "we have determined that they are not quite a match for the role at this point" because of yet unknow for humanity reasons.

Interview
This might be a long one.
I interviewed at Rockstar about a year ago. I got contacted by an HR rep/talent acquisitions. They first have you do one of those self-record interviews and have you answer a few basic questions.
Got scheduled for a 2-on-1 interview with two people in the department, who, as soon as I got on, seemed like they didn't want to be there. The more senior level person asked me general PM questions, told me about the role. They eventually asked me if i'm familiar with the company and it's games, I went into detail enthusiastically about yes, i've known the company for years, etc. They kept a pretty deadpan tone the whole interview, and the more senior employee admitted they didn't even know the games much before joining. I answered all their questions, which wasn't many because they clearly wanted it to be over asap. Gave them the same answers that have gotten me to final rounds at least at other companies. Inevitably got a rejection a couple days later. Felt like i was completely glossed over for no reason and no real feedback was given.
Good luck trying to impress them/catch them in a good mood.
THEN this role proceeded to be reposted over and over again for months. Tried to contact them again and they told me I wasn't qualified now because they wanted someone with A, B, and C-- things that were not even mentioned anywhere on the job description.
Really disappointing and frustrating experience from a company that I generally admire.
