The interview process was two steps and you met with two people on each interview. The first interview they asked about 35 min of questions and then I did an app pitch. I chose to go with Uber for teens.
The second part of that interview I met with another manager and answered more questions and then did some role play phone calls.
After that interview was over I got an email to set up the next interview.
In this interview I met with a current SDR and listened in on some phone calls while asking questions in between.
Then I met with the director and went over more questions that I had and they had. I was offered a position shortly later in the day!
