Question 1
The questions were about myself and the role. For example, introduce myself, do you have any past experience related to this role, how you handle multiple tasks at the same time. The small assignment is to design a timeline, content for a workshop, you had 15 minutes to prepare and then 5 minutes to present.
I applied online. I interviewed at SAP (Walldorf, Baden-Wurttemberg) in Mar 2025
Interview
2 rounds of interview (1st round: 45min, 2nd round: 30min). The interviewers are chill. The 1st round has coding challenge but easy (something with palindrome). I thought I cracked both rounds but it's been weeks and I get no response from them. I guess no response is a response
I was asked for 10 minutes of preparation time to organize an event. There are also some behavioral questions. One of them also asked detailed questions about an experience in my resume
