I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SLB (Kuala Lumpur) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview have 4 Stages. (Ice Breaking, Group Task, Test, Interview with Manager). Ice Breaking will be easy, and group task can be varying for each interview session. The test cover basic engineering questions and interview with manager require a good English proficiency.
Its mostly generic and does not focus too much on technical details or company operations. Rather they're looking for someone that can learn and adapt to their dynamics. This is important considering the type of work an intern may expect. For any engineering major, the fundamentals should be strong and that is what they test, in essence.
