SWIFT Office Assistant interview questions

All went easy and well then no communication suddenly. After 4+ rounds of interviews and being asked to wait over a month so that the manager returns from vacation I would have expected a feedback. Instead after two follow up emails (phone calls were not answered) I got a very unpersonal template-generated rejection email. This institution shows no respect for potential employees.
