After applying online, received a call from the internal recruitment consultant inviting me for an interview for the coming days. The process was well managed in this part with a date being agreed and immediately they booked and paid for flights for the interview. the interview itself was very short, disconcertingly so and then a job offer was made the next day to me. I think that, although it is sometimes good for the employee, the interview process should be more thorough.

1. Phone call with recruiter 2. hr Teams interview with materials lead and principal engineer 3. Face to face interview Couldn’t make the face to face interview so I didn’t go further with the process
