I have had 2 interviews, first one conducted by one engineer and the second one by few engineers plus one from HR department - pretty much straightforward. Simple general questions - there were few engineers participating - i have been asked few technical questions as well -

Send through a CV, received an interview. Very straightforward, very friendly and only one interview session. Asked relevant questions pertaining to the role. One of the better interviews I have attended.
