Three steps. Recruiter. Hiring Manager. Panel. Again an absolute waste of time. It is like inviting Cristiano Ronaldo and asking him how he would score a goal against Barcelona then telling him you weren't delivering the value properly. Hence, you can’t score here because we are the best.
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is

There was a massive lag between the first and second round through the internal recruiters. Then the one with the hiring manager was dreadful, he showed up 10 minutes late to the Zoom and then said ‘I hadn’t even prepared for this, let’s go through your cv now’.
