Premiers échanges avec des recruteurs pour qualifier les KPI et analyser le parcours du candidat, entretien avec le hiring manager dont l'objectif est de déstabiliser le candidat, panel et roleplay de découverte et présentation d'une solution pour un cas client, dernier entretien avec VP sales.
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is

Interview
There was a massive lag between the first and second round through the internal recruiters. Then the one with the hiring manager was dreadful, he showed up 10 minutes late to the Zoom and then said ‘I hadn’t even prepared for this, let’s go through your cv now’.
