Salesforce Project Manager interview questions

The position was for a experienced product manager. What surprised me was none of the interviewers cared to go through my resume or even show interest in my 10 years of experience. The interview process was completely concentrated around case studies. I have interviewed several prospects in my lifetime and case studies are mostly used to validate campus hires with no prior on job experience. The least I expected was to be evaluated at least 50% on my extensive experience. I hope the team realizes that they are respectful towards an experienced candidate and go through the basic courtesy of going through their one pager resume.

Process was clear, the HR explained me the entire recruiting process, next steps and talked a little about the position I was enrolling to. All the interviews were held by telefone or google hangouts/skype,
