standard interview with hiring managers and other related parties. They were cordial asked good questions both personal and professional. I felt at ease with the culture. They asked me questions of how I approach customers and mixed in behavior questions.

Interview
I initially completed a phone interview with an HR staff member who worked with me throughout the hiring process (I was referred by a former Direct Report that had moved on to work for Salesforce). I then moved on to a meeting with the Hiring Manager, followed by a meeting with my '1 Up' Manager. Finally, I was given a deck to prepare an hour-long briefing covering my leadership style, sales methodology, etc. This was delivered to four senior leaders. Once the interview process was completed, Salesforce conducted four discussions with former colleagues before ultimately making the decision to hire me.

Have you ever had a Direct Report that was struggling to perform? How did you handle the situation?
First was contacted by their recruiters who then set up a meeting with a hiring manager. It started out with an video interview, then asked for on premise second interview but never managed to finalize final date for this, and communication faded away.
