Salesforce Solution Engineer interview questions

Was not asked to tell them about myself, or why I want to join salesforce, was not asked what I know about the company or the products, or why I am interested in the role. Was just asked why are we here today? The interview questions were not suitable for my level of experience, they would be for more senior positions I'd imagine. The interviewer was agitated and for most of the interview was taking about the weather.

Ho sostenuto il primo colloquio per la posizione da Solutions Engineer presso una delle sedi italiane di Salesforce, attraverso il referral di una dipendente interna. Al colloquio hanno preso parte 3 manager della practice di Solutions Engineering, ciascuno specializzato in un vertical (automotive, energy...) Il colloquio è stato, oserei dire, neutro senza alcuna interazione. Gli intervistatori sono sembrati distaccati e non affatto coinvolti e a tratti scortesi. Ho posto anche una domanda del perchè a loro piacesse lavorare lì e la risposta è stata ironica.
