Le processus d’embauche se fait généralement en 5 étapes.
- Un premier échange RH suite à votre candidature.
- Un second entretien avec un manager ou directeur afin de discuter de votre profil ainsi que du poste.
- Un troisième entretien avec un manager ou directeur afin de discuter de votre profil ainsi que du poste.
- Un cas pratique vous est partagé où pendant 1 heure, vous devez vous mettre dans la peau d’un ingénieur solution en déroulant une démonstration sur un environnement que vous devrez configurer ainsi qu’une présentation à faire.
- Si l’étape est concluante, vous échangez par la suite avec un VP pour discuter de votre profil et de votre apport dans l’équipe.

Recruiter screening call, Hiring Manager Call, Director of SE call, then was supposed to move to panel/final demo round where you demo Sales Cloud, but they went into a hiring freeze. A lot of confusion around this and not much communication from recruiters. They had no idea when the hiring freeze would be lifted. Manager communicated that it was up to me if I wanted to deliver the panel presentation and that they wouldn't be able to extend an offer either way immediately, it might take months. Very frustrating situation. Anyway, I did the panel regardless, and then didn't hear anything for 2 months. Then I got an automated rejection email in November. Next day, another recruiter reached out to me saying they had a new SE position for Agentforce. So I interviewed again, then talked to the HM. HM said she wasn't planning to make a decision till end of January on hiring. Horrible waste of time. Very disrespectful to candidates. The jerking around is downright unethical.

met with hiring manager in coffee shop. very informal setting where we just discussed my experience and what the manager was looking for in a candidate. after the interview process there would have been a panel interview, but the job was taken down.
