Interview
Typical conventional Korean style of public recruitment of new employee, which is a bit outdated.
Mixture of 3 types of interview; personal characteristics, Job related presentation, and group discussion, but it's quite outdated - in 2010 - and as of now it's quite different.
Now the company hires more people with experience, and I have no idea with this type of interview. Must I fill in more than 30 words? I think I already did.

Interview
They asked me to give a PowerPoint presentation about a topic of my choice. They gave me 2 options, and I was allowed about an hour to prepare for it. The presentation room was a cozy room filled with about 6 of smiley managers. Then I was asked to participate for an executive interview session. I was at a very large room with about 5 of their executives and they asked me questions regarding my resume, one by one.

Interview
The HR team representatives hire people differently based on experience level. For associates it's a regular campus promotion in Korea. After you send in your documents (application form, CV, transcripts) there are interviews for shortlisted candidates. The interview consists of two parts: one with the HR team and one with your immediate team of choice (if you can choose, because sometimes you can't). After the positive decision is made, you have to pass a basic medical examination and receive your job offer with the final contract.
