Head Hunters called me to arrange an interview asap. I passed the first screening; after 2-3 days i had the interview with Korean Manager. He was to the point: "Do you know how to do this type of analysis?", "Do you know excel, ppt and insights generation?". Not much about my previous experience. His english was hard to understand as I was not familiar with ..Korean-English. Do not be afraid to ask the interviewer to repeat the question. After 30mins, he gave me a presentation to prepare within 6days, related to analytics and market sensing. I sent it back after 6 days, as agreed; Sunday 10am, and 10:15am I received his mail back, calling me for final interview. The final interview was actually the job offer. Salary wise it could be better but i could not risk losing the job. If I could turn back time I would have asked for better salary as 2 years later I'm in the same salary bracket, while being responsible for 2 departments (not 1, that i was meant to be hired for).
