applied, 1 month later I was invited to do a video interview, a little over a month later I got the reply. So it was an unnecessarily long process
Plus pay attention at some point the question in the video and the written question were not the same. There were 17 questions

1:1 interview with the team lead. Very few technical questions, more of a conversation. This is NOT a case, the main objective is to test the synergy with the team lead.
It went very well, very direct and thorough. The interviewer wasn't mean. The whole process wasn't uncomfortable. It was like just relating with another person. Overall good interview process. Would rate it 7 over 10
