Super easy man fühlt sich sehr wohl es waren zwei Herren im Gespräch und es war sehr angenehm über alles wurde gleich informiert das Gespräch ging knapp eine stunde und mir wurde auch sofort gesagt das Sie mich gerne einstellen wollen würden wenn ich es auch möchte
was okay, the interviewer was nice and professional, it lasted for about 30 mins but i havent heard back from them and nor the email to inform me the result as well
Após a inscrição teve prova online com diversos temas como português, excel e raciocínio logico, após aprovacao teve entrevista presencial em grupo com dinâmica e a última etapa foi entrevista individual com os gestores da área.

Just your average customer service interview, asking a lot about previous experience and to give a lot of examples of different situations based on previous experience. Overall it was very standard for a customer service interview
