Telephone interview to ask initial basic questions of competency and experience.
Then 2 stages of face to face interviews where similar questions were asked in more depth, and competency and numerical tests were given as well.

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
