Having completed online tests, was invited to a competency based phone interview. Qns were very similar to those posted online and a lot of guidance was given by the recruiters prior to the interview. Having passed the phone interview, was invited to their standard 5 stage assessment centre.

3. Dinámica Grupal con 6 otros aplicables donde resuelves un caso con ejercicios cognitivos y presentan la decisión que van a tomar como grupo.
4. Entrevista manager de área en donde vas a trabajar.
Online interview where you record yourself answering ordinary questions such as what could you expect from working at the bank. Last question you have to link 4 pictures and sell an idea.
