Interview
The interview and hiring process is very long winded and disorganised. I got to the interview and the two people interviewing me made me wait for 30 minutes after the agreed start time, when the interview finally got underway, they did not even know what position I had applied for and what sheet to read the questions from. Very unprofessional.
Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
