I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Santander (North Richland Hills, TX) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online then was contacted by a recruiter to come in for a interview, I went to the interview that day with a manager, he told me I should hear something back in a week or so, 3 weeks later no follow up email, no returned phone calls, nothing. Hopefully in the future the hiring process will get better because even if I didn't get the job you could still send one of those generic emails that says thanks for you interest.

Interview
I applied nearly 6 months before I heard anything back from the company. I got an email requesting a phone interview, which was followed by back to back interviews with a manager and the director of the customer service department. Very simple and to the point
