Le processus était structuré en trois étapes : un premier échange RH, suivi d'un entretien technique avec le Lead Designer, enfin, un cas pratique, présenté ensuite devant l'équipe produit pour évaluer ma réflexion et mes compétences UI.

Interview
The interview was not conducted with a recruiter but with managers. The conversation was pleasant and promising, with a positive atmosphere. Most of the questions were about my experience and approaches. However, my impression completely changed afterward because the recruiter did not respond to any of my follow-up emails. Additionally, I reached out to one of the people I interviewed with on LinkedIn. We had a brief conversation before the interview, but after it, they also ignored my questions about the outcome. In the end, the company simply disappeared after the interview and did not inform me about the results.
