Shell Change Consultant interview questions

First round - screening call to discuss experience. 6 weeks later, poor communication followed from resourcing team, waiting 2 weeks at times for a response. Promised a call before the 2nd round to help prepare but multiple emails went unanswered. Second round - 90 min call, interviewer had not read my cv, even thought I was living in a different country when my cv clearly said it was a project. Overall average questions. Had to chase for a response 2 weeks later despite being told it would be a couple of days. Feedback extremely vague also blamed my experience - why waste my time and yours by interviewing me, no response when asked for more detail. Pay also low in the industry for the type of people they want. Really poor experience from a multinational company
