Shell’s interview process usually begins with online assessments and progresses to a Final Assessment, which includes a business case study presentation and a behavioral interview. Throughout the process, assessors evaluate your problem-solving ability, communication skills, leadership potential, teamwork, adaptability, commercial awareness, and how you approach complex business challenges and decisions.

Will ask you do give them trading ideas you feel kind of obligated to share your intellectual property. If you are really good and smart you will likely intimidate the hiring manager and they will likely hire someone who doesn’t out shine them
Presented with a prior case study and talked about questions revolving around the project planning. Then proceeded to ask behavioral questions, given scenario and asked to respond in STAR format
