Completed the sjt's. Then went on to the online tests. For the SJT's, its advisable to look at the company's values when answering the question so that you are viewed as a good fit. For the numerical test I think I answered only 14 out of the 18 questions so don't worry if you don't finish.

Interview
Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
