Shell Programmer interview questions

Filled up the application form online and did a few online assessments. The online assessments are mainly to assess your personality and quickness to absorb data. After the online assessments, I got an email invitation to a Shell interview a week later. Upon passing the Shell interview, an email invitation came for a Shell Recruitment Day scheduled 1 month later.

Professional and pleasant experience. Interviewer was a process engineer that works at the refinery and he asks questions based on a questionnaire Shell has pre-set in a booklet. Questions are all based on the CAR interview technique that are rather specific. The interviewer wrote down some things are I replied to the questions which makes me wonder if the content he writes down there actually weighs more heavily then the actual things I have said.
