Excel Test mostly test about SUMIF, COUNTIF, SPLIT, UPPERCASE, LOWERCASE, VLOOKUP, etc. Each tab has different level of difficulty 2. User Interview The users are nice! I was interviewed by 2 users along with I-forget-how-many other candidates. The question I was asked to: - Introduce yourself - What is the target market of the Campaign at Shopee? - What do you think we can improve from Shopee Campaign? - What is your strength that you could contribute to this team?

HR wanted to know deeper about the applicant and his/her motivation applied for that position. You can share your work or organization experience. Maybe you will get the follow-up question too. Just be yourself.
