I applied online. I interviewed at Shopee (Jakarta) in Jan 2021
Interview
I applied at around the end of December 2020, then I got an invitation for math test at Jan 11. It was an online math test with 20 multiple choice questions in 20 minutes. The math test was similar to TPA SBMPTN questions I believe, kind of HOTS math questions. Make sure you stand by checking your e-mail after the math test because there would be a following interview with the HR at around 4 pm (I almost skipped it because I didn't check my email!). Fortunately I could join the group interview with HR, there were around 6 candidates and the questions were very basic like self introduction , how soon we can start, where do we stay. Then I passed this, the next interview was with the user from the product category I was assigned. There were me and another candidate in the user interview. I got the offer at around 8pm after the user interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Shopee (Jakarta) in Sep 2020
Interview
HR interview, followed with user interview. HR interview was a group interview with other candidates. It only consists of 2 questions on personal info and the availability. User interview was a 1-1 interview and took longer time.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Shopee (Jakarta) in Nov 2020
Interview
I got through the CV screening before having to do a math test online. It was like GMAT math type of questions and there were 20 questions. It was quite hard and I actually did not finish. After that there was an interview with the HR team with the other candidates, which should be pretty easy. The position requires a lot of work with MS Excel, so there was a test on this one. You should mastered functions like 'vlookup'. Then the final one was an interview with the user (or the manager of the team). This interview felt like a real interview where you should prepare yourself to answer questions related to the department.
